Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the RippN - Disc Golf app ("App") operated by RippN ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
RippN is a disc golf scorecard and game management application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, or interfere with the proper working of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
RippN Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available at $1.99 per month.
A free trial of 2 weeks is offered to new subscribers. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
RippN Pro includes: all 6 game modes (Stroke Play, Match Play, Skins, Tournament, Runes, The Gauntlet), full stats and history, and unlimited course builder.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (scores, player names, courses). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content to provide the service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RippN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Feedback screen → Delete My Account). Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
